Great place to have work done on your car.
Nobody really 'likes' to have to pay for repairs on their vehicle(s), but I can say that 4 Points Automotive is a God-send when you're in need for fast, professional, and effective service. It was funny, because my first encounter with 4 Points Automotive was when two other garages refused to work on my car because of its age (it's a 2000 sports car), but 4 Points never even hesitated to bring me in the very next day. Within a day, I had my AC compressor and oil sending unit fixed and I have had no issues with either of those two things since then 🙂 Then, fast forward to a couple/three months ago, both my vehicle and my sister's SUV broke at the same time. 4 Points, once again, came to the rescue. They had both my car and my sister's SUV diagnosed and/or up and running within a day or two. These people are the real deal - great prices, effective service, friendly (even though I know that they don't have a particularly easy job), and they are all-around nice people to deal with. The fact that they are willing and able to repair darn-near any make, model, or year of vehicle, is just the "icing on the cake", so to speak. I would highly recommend 4 Points to anyone who is in need of auto service for their vehicle, regardless of if it's a major repair or if it's just routine maintenance. I received excellent customer service from the time I made my initial phone call for the tow until the time I picked up my car after being repaired in a timely manner. Paul, the co-owner took my tow call and remained on the line for 15 minutes while his son Cody was on his way to pick up my car. Paul was very hospitable and kind and so was his son. Michelle in the office was super courteous and friendly and provided timely updates from beginning to end on my car via text, including photos of the work in progress on my car. I would recommend this family-owned business, especially in the times we are living in where it is so hard to find excellent customer service and people who genuinely care. Professional fast service. Folks there are very courteous. Reminds me of the 1970’s when people treated strangers like they were family. Communicated like true business people. Would send friends and family there.
Vince and Michelle were awesome! They put in a lift kit in my Tacoma and mounted the new tires. Nice clean install and quick also. This is my go to place for my vehicles in Delaware.

Mine is a very long story so putting it short. I trust a mechanic friend of so of my family to work on my car. Needed a timing chain replacement. He wasn't feeling well and left my car half "completed" . Turned out my new timing chain was gone and never put on my car. I honestly googled a mechanic and read the reviews 4 points has so I called them. They really care. 4 points made sure to point out what was and wasn't done to my car when I had it towed to them. They completed the job for me. My car sound great again. I will continue to go to them and I've told everyone at work about them. I need to pick up some business cards when I go back for a tune up. I just scheduled that. .side note the 4 points towing was amazing too. Took it from Seaford DE to Camden I didn't have to be there and they added the tow to my Automotive bill. Honest people I was informed about everything that was going to be done and needed.
