I received excellent customer service from the time I made my initial phone call for the tow until the time I picked up my car after being repaired in a timely manner. Paul, the co-owner took my tow call and remained on the line for 15 minutes while his son Cody was on his way to pick up my car. Paul was very hospitable and kind and so was his son. Michelle in the office was super courteous and friendly and provided timely updates from beginning to end on my car via text, including photos of the work in progress on my car. I would recommend this family-owned business, especially in the times we are living in where it is so hard to find excellent customer service and people who genuinely care. Vince and Michelle were awesome! They put in a lift kit in my Tacoma and mounted the new tires. Nice clean install and quick also. This is my go to place for my vehicles in Delaware.

Mine is a very long story so putting it short. I trust a mechanic friend of so of my family to work on my car. Needed a timing chain replacement. He wasn't feeling well and left my car half "completed" . Turned out my new timing chain was gone and never put on my car. I honestly googled a mechanic and read the reviews 4 points has so I called them. They really care. 4 points made sure to point out what was and wasn't done to my car when I had it towed to them. They completed the job for me. My car sound great again. I will continue to go to them and I've told everyone at work about them. I need to pick up some business cards when I go back for a tune up. I just scheduled that. .side note the 4 points towing was amazing too. Took it from Seaford DE to Camden I didn't have to be there and they added the tow to my Automotive bill. Honest people I was informed about everything that was going to be done and needed.
